Our Story
Their paths first crossed as acquaintances in the formative years of high school. Little did they know, their journey was destined by a love that would grow and deepen with time.
A few class years stood between them, but they shared a mutual love for baseball, as both Lance and Chelsea's brother, Travis, played ball.
The years went by swiftly -- college life across different states, Lance's professional years with the Pittsburgh Pirates, and Chelsea's growing career in the wine industry -- until both returned home to Orange County.
The digital era was coming about, and they started following each other on Instagram. Chelsea posted a story of the one and only internet sensation Yasiel Puig and his bat-licking antics. Lance, a devotee of the LA Dodgers, couldn't resist but to send her a direct message. Conversations and witticisms flowed until eventually phone numbers were exchanged and sparks were flying.
They say the rest is history... but their forever is just beginning!
