What time should I arrive by?

Answer

Guests should arrive by 3:30pm to allow time to be seated and grab a refreshment before the ceremony begins at 4:00pm.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, onsite parking will be available. There are plenty of spots available.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside along with a cocktail hour and the reception will be indoor, so please dress accordingly. Ellensburg in September is typically still warm during the day and cooler in the evenings.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Rustic chic / barn formal / cocktail attire — cowboy boots welcome 🤠 Men can wear jeans or slacks with a button down and a sport coat. Ladies can wear nice cocktail dresses!

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, our venue has limited capacity. Children are invited only if they are specifically included on your invitation and will appear when you RSVP. If your kids aren’t listed, we hope you’ll take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun night out with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you were given a plus one, it will be indicated when you RSVP. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you so much for understanding!
