Our Wedding Details

We met at The College of NJ (Trenton State) where we ended up in the same "transfer student" class sophomore year. Joseph admired from a far for a few years, until he finally convinced Chelsea he would take her out on a really good date senior year. Joe finally got the victory-- we went to Triumph Brewery in Princeton, where Chelsea had too much to drink and therefore, accepted a 2nd date. The rest is history!

The morning started with Joe dragging Chelsea to an Orange Theory fitness class, to get rid of his nervous energy. Following, we had planned to go kayaking on the canal behind our neighborhood. Joe was annoyed about the crowd on the canal and was adamant on paddling far away to where we could be alone. After purposely shaking the kayak, Chelsea yelled "Hey I'm going to drop all my stuff!" and Joe answered "What if I dropped this?" holding out a sparkly beautiful ring. She was shocked, to say the least! We turned around and went to celebrate immediately with a pop of Champagne at the pool! He had told me we had dinner reservations, just the two of us, and to dress nice. Low and behold, Joe had gathered our close family and a few friends in the Wine Cellar at the fabulous "One 53" for an amazing celebration. Two days later we went on the best trip of our lives in Greece to celebrate!
