Downtown Wilmington
The Riverfront area has restaurants, a movie theater, and shops. Our favorite restaurants in Wilmington are Southeast Kitchen (Vietnamese & Thai), Pizza by Elizabeths, Goat, and Ulysses American Gastropub.
Longwood Gardens
Longwood Gardens is a DuPont property well known for its spectacular gardens and greenhouse. It's about a 20 minute drive from the hotel.
Hagley Museum
The Hagley Museum is the estate at which the DuPont company was founded. This property features the family mansion, original gunpowder manufacturing site, and town for the company's early employees.
Winterthur Museum
The Winterthur Museum is one of the DuPont estates and features a mansion and gorgeous gardens. It is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel and tours of the house are offered regularly.
Philadelphia, PA
