What time does the ceremony and reception start?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM and the reception will follow shortly after. We are excited to celebrate and dance with all of our favorite people!

What is the attire?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests dress in black, formal attire to celebrate this special day with us. Think elegant, timeless—and black. For gentlemen, a black suit or tuxedo is the perfect choice, and ladies, a black evening gown or formal dress will be ideal. We want everyone to feel their best and help create a beautiful, cohesive atmosphere as we celebrate in style.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors. We recommend wearing a thicker or block heel, as the ground may be uneven. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the outdoor setting.

Yes! You are able to park a car at the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of our loved ones! If your invitation includes a plus-one, you have the option to bring a guest. If your invitation doesn’t mention a plus-one, we kindly ask that you attend solo, as we’re limited by space. If you have any questions about the guest list or would like to discuss your invitation, don’t hesitate to reach out. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Our reception will end at 11:00 PM.

Can I take pictures in the middle of the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer and want everyone to be fully present in the moment. Please feel free to take plenty of photos during the reception!

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be transportation provided to and from the venue for anyone that needs it. Pickup locations are the Beaufort Inn and The Tru by Hilton. They will run every 20 or 30 minutes to make sure everyone gets there. The shuttles will start at 3:30pm to get everyone to the venue by 5. They will also be running after the wedding to get you back to your hotels.
