What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 2:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive at that time to allow for seating prior to the ceremony.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available on-site for guests. Many of the recommended hotels are within walking distance or a short ride away. As the evening will include an open bar, we kindly encourage guests to coordinate ride-sharing or arrange for a designated driver.

Will the ceremony and reception be held at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, allowing guests to enjoy the celebration without the need to travel between locations. A cocktail hour will begin shortly after the ceremony, allowing for a seamless transition into the evening.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on a covered patio with heaters. The cocktail hour and reception will follow indoors.

Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that guests attend as listed on their invitation.

Yes, children are welcome to join us. We will have a few activities available for younger guests earlier in the evening. Please note that as the night progresses, music and festivities may become more adult in nature.
