What Is The Dress Code For The Wedding Day?

Answer

The dress code is Formal/Black Tie Optional. Ladies, it will be the middle of winter in Toowoomba so please bring a coat just in case you run cold as the ceremony and garden party will take place outside. The reception and night time events will take place indoors with plenty of heating.

What Time Does The Ceremony Start?

We would love our guests to arrive at 1:45pm for a 2:30pm ceremony start.

Is There Any Transport/Parking?

Answer

There are plenty of local uber and taxi options and Gabbinbar can organise this for your way home if need be - there is also a carpark onsite for those that are driving to the wedding - we just ask that you collect your car the next day before 12pm.

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, the wedding is an 18 + event, However your children are more then welcome to attend the Friday and Sunday events.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP by the 11th of April 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a no, we hope you understand. x

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

For the wedding day due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited however for the Friday and Sunday event you are more than welcome to bring a plus one. If you are bringing a plus one for the Friday or Sunday events that aren't invited to the wedding please ask us/let us know as both venues require numbers - thank you!!

Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony/Reception?

We ask that you kindly put your phones and camera's away during the ceremony as we want you to all be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other then the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. Please also refrain from posting any pictures/videos to social media until we have had a chance to do so ourselves.

Do You Have a Registry?

Answer

Your love and presence mean the world to us. If you wish to give a gift, a wishing well will be available at the reception.
