Looking to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Check out lake minneola!
A small historic village with broad Florida history. I believe they suggest a $2 donation per person to enter.
A cute strip of shops, places to eat and a personal favorite brewery the Crooked Can. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive from Minneola.
Looking for a Disney Day without entering the parks. Park at Disney springs and take a resort bus to Pop Century or Art of Animation. Take a walk around the decades at Pop Century or walk through the themed buildings at Art of Animation. There is a body of water that connects the two resorts. Then take a ride on the skyline to Epcot/the Boardwalk. You can stroll on the boardwalk and enjoy the entertainment around the resort all for free. Then you could take a bus back to Disney Springs for the car. This is about 40 minutes from the Minneola area.
A town originally owned by Disney. A cute area close to Disney to check out local shops, have a glass of wine at Imperium Food and Wine, or lunch/dinner at the Town Tavern. There are also many walking/biking trails around the town.
You can get Mickey shaped beignets and take a walk through the beauty of the new orleans style resort. You can also take a boat to Disney springs from the resort. A neat/different way to see Disney!
