We welcome children age 8 and above, as well as newborns under 1 year old. For children between the ages of 1-7, we kindly ask that you arrange alternative childcare. This age group often finds weddings challenging to enjoy, which can lead to restlessness or disruption during the celebration. If you have any specific questions or concerns about our child policy, please don't hesitate to contact the bride or groom directly.
Not at all! You can choose to stay in any of the many nearby hotels. The gaslamp quarter has many choices. If you do choose to stay at the Horton, don’t forget to book through our room block for a discounted rate!
RSVPs must be in by Thursday, October 1, 2026.
Our dress code will be semi-formal, which means modest cocktail attire is also acceptable. We're showcasing a movies and vintage Hollywood theme with a cool color palette of blues, black, white, and silver. While we love these colors and encourage you to incorporate them, feel free to wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable—just avoid wearing white!
Yes! We welcome your photos of our big day and encourage you to tag us in them as well. Instagram handles: @cheezylin @erock_wildman Please note: we will have an “Unplugged Ceremony”, meaning we ask that all electronic devices—phones, iPads, smart watches, etc.—be turned off for the duration of the ceremony. This not only helps reduce any accidental disruptions, but also ensures our photographer will have an unencumbered view of everything. If you must leave your phone on for emergency purposes (we understand always wanting to be available in case a child/loved one needs you), please make sure it is on silent/vibrate and that any previously set alarms are turned off.
