Yes, there is a dress code. We kindly ask that all guests wear formal attire. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors so please dress accordingly.
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception as this is an adult-only event.
The wedding venue has limited parking. A complimentary shuttle service will pick up and drop off guests from the Hampton Inn, Best Western, and Microtel throughout the night. All guests are encouraged to use the shuttle regardless of whether you are staying at the hotels or at another location. If you are unable to take the shuttle, we kindly ask that you contact Erik or Chelsea ahead of time to make other arrangements. We strongly encourage guests to carpool or shuttle to ensure enough space.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, we recommend guests arrive between 3:30-4:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests to sit or if you will have to wait for the ceremony to end. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you after the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that you leave your cell phones, cameras, and other devices tucked away during the ceremony. Our amazing photographer and videographer will capture every aspect of the ceremony, and we will happily share our photos afterward. We will also be available to take photos after the ceremony.
Your invitation will be addressed appropriately. We are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. Thank you for your understanding.
