Weather permitting this event will be outdoors.
This is an unplugged ceremony. Please no cameras or cell phones to allow the professional photographer and videographer team a chance to capture the moment.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
This event will take place inside.
Look for the seating chart and set yourself up real nice, then mingle, enjoy coffee or beer & wine while the newlyweds and their families snap some photos.
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Bridal Party Entrance and Couple's First Dance. The brides, the wedding parties, and the immediate family will start the buffet line. Once everyone is seated, please listen out for announcements regarding Fathers-Daughters Dances, speeches, toasts, and cake cutting.
8:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Light up the Night and send the Happy Couple off with a Sparkling Send-off
You will find a set of detailed instructions at your table. We ask that guests line up in two lines outside the barn doors. Each of you will be provided a 36" sparkler which will burn up to 2.5 minutes. Butane Lighters will be strategically placed amongst you and the photographer and videographer will be on-hand to capture the magical moment.

We hope you'll all bring your dancing shoes so we can dance the night away.
