Chelsea and Eddie’s story began in the most modern of ways—on a dating app for young professionals. Despite their busy schedules (an optometrist and investment banker), they decided to meet up for a casual first date in 2021. Standing at 6’5”, Eddie had to lean down just a little to hear Chelsea’s soft laugh as they quickly bonded over stories from their different worlds. From that night on, they were nearly inseparable, drawn together by shared humor, ambition, love of travel, and curiosity for what they could become. Fast forward to 2024, and Eddie surprised Chelsea with a proposal in the picturesque vineyards of Saint Emilion, France. Now, they’re excited to blend their lives and take on more adventures together… with their dog Romeo, too!
