Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outside under a densely shaded canopy of oak trees.

Will there be any air conditioning?

Answer

Yes, the indoor event center, where dinner is served, has an air conditioning option if the weather that day proves to be a little on the warm side.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No. Our contract with the venue is very strict on this. If guests bring alcohol they will be asked to leave by the venue owners, and this poses a risk for the bar catering to break their contract and leave.

Where are the nearest accommodations?

Answer

From the venue, Owatonna is 5 miles north. See the Travel heading for recommended hotel accommodations in Owatonna. The Twin Cities are 60 minutes to the north and Rochester is 50 minutes to the east.
