For friends & family traveling to Washingtonville from NYC without a car, there are buses that leave from Port Authority and arrive at the Woodbury Common Outlets. Additionally, NJ transit trains on the Bergen-Port Jervis line are available from Penn Station to Harriman. Also a short Uber ride from Washingtonville.
