WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by March 1st, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. If you miss this date we may be unable to accommodate your presence at this wedding, as we will send final head-counts to the vendors shortly after this deadline. *We mailed invites in January and USPS has taken 3 weeks to deliver them due to downtown Jax post office being backed up. If you need more time to RSVP, please just let us know. Thank you!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

We love your littles ones - however we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night!

WHAT DO I DO IF I’M LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

If you’re late to the ceremony, that is totally fine! We have listed 4:30 as our start time, but we will actually be starting at 5pm. With that being said, the doors open to guests at 4:30pm but the ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 5pm. We recommend arriving early to mingle and grab a seat. At 5pm the doors will be closed and you will be unable to attend the actual ceremony. You will still be able to attend the reception - we just want to minimize the distractions. Thank you for understanding!

WHERE WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE?

Answer

Both our wedding and reception will take place at The White Room in St. Augustine, Florida. The address is 1 King St, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. The White Room has three venues and our wedding will be held in the rooftop/loft.

IS THIS A PHONE FREE CEREMONY?

Answer

We will ask that during the actual ceremony guests refrain from taking photos and videos. It is extremely important to us that our guests are present with us in this moment and let our photography team do their job. However, feel free to use your device at any other time! We encourage you to take all the photos you want afterwards.

WILL ALCOHOL BE PROVIDED AT THE WEDDING?

Yes, we will have an open bar!

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

Answer

Due to venue policy and regulations, guests are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premises.

WHAT ATTIRE SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

We are requesting semi-formal attire but also want our guests to be comfortable. Our venue is indoor/ outdoor, with the ceremony and reception being outdoor, and dinner being indoor. You can mingle both inside and out during the reception.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Answer

We suggest parking in the parking garage and using the shuttle. There is very limited parking near the venue. There is a parking lot near the fort that is about a ten minute walk from the venue, as well as various parking spots along the streets.
