_________________________________________________________ Dinner Reception Menu We’re so excited to share a delicious meal with you! Dinner will begin with a Symphony Salad — mesclun greens and bell peppers wrapped in thinly sliced cucumber, drizzled with a ginger soy dressing. Fresh Petit Pains and butter rosettes will be served at each table. For the main course, each guest will be served both of the following entrées: Chesapeake Crab Cakes — jumbo lump crab meat, broiled and served with tartar sauce Chicken Marsala — lightly battered, sautéed to golden brown, topped with wild mushrooms and marsala cream sauce These will be accompanied by sides of Jollof Rice and Green Beans steamed with butter. We’ll end on a sweet note — save room for dessert!
