If you ask us separately, you will probably get different stories, because Chelsea has an amazing memory and, well, Amber does not. Chelsea distinctly remembers seeing and meeting Amber while she was student teaching at the Ohio State School for the Blind (OSSB) back in 2015. Amber was working there as an American Sign Language Interpreter and Chelsea remembers always wanting to talk to her, but feeling nervous about doing so. Amber (again with the awful memory) does not really recall the time they spent together at OSSB, but remembers the moment she first walked into her interpreting assignment years later in 2017 to see Chelsea as one of the people she would be interpreting for. We would go on to see and work with each other on a weekly basis for two years. We bonded over our love for dogs and shopping at Aldi. Coincidentally, the first two times we hung out outside of work were for a puppy play date and the Grand Opening of the new Westerville Aldi!
