When should we arrive for the wedding?

Answer

We suggest that you arrive on or before Saturday January 17th 2026 just in case of any travel delays. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on anything! We will be arriving on Thursday January 15th 2026 along with the wedding party to enjoy the theme parks before the wedding. Everyone is welcome to join us!

Do you have recommendations for airlines/which flight should we take?

Answer

If you are coming from Winnipeg we suggest you to book with WestJet. They offer direct flights on Thursday, Friday and Tuesday leaving from Winnipeg. Please note WestJet may change their schedule between now and the wedding.

Do we need to stay at a Disney resort?

Answer

No, you can stay off Disney property if you prefer.

Will there be transportation from the resorts to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Currently, we will not be providing any transportation to and from the ceremony and reception.

How much can we expect to pay for the hotel?

Answer

We have blocked three Disney resorts, Boardwalk Inn, Coronado Spring's Resort and All-Stars Movies Resort. They range in price from $165.71 for All-Stars Movies to $633.38 for the Boardwalk and Coronado Spring's comes in at $266.63. These prices are in USD and include tax.
