Casual attire
For those traveling from out of town, come and get to know the area and meet up with us for an informal drink before the big day! Come say a quick hello if you are around :) Note - Things happen! The Portsmouth Brewery recently flooded and we had to shift venues last minute... Please note that the meet-up location has changed to THE EXETER INN and we are no longer meeting in Portsmouth. Thank you for understanding this last-minute change and if you can no longer make it no worries and no need to re-RSVP!
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
"Garden Party" attire is recommended. That means semi-formal/cocktail attire that's comfortable in warm weather. Floral patterns and fun colors encouraged!
The ceremony will take place outdoors - please plan accordingly for warm weather and slightly uneven ground. Bus transportation will be provided from the Exeter hotels to the venue (please see more details in the travel section).
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The cocktail hour will consist of appetizers, drinks, and lawn games! Following cocktail hour we will transition to the tent for reception festivities including a dinner buffet, celebrations, dancing, and more. Lawn games and a group fire pit will continue outdoors throughout the evening - so, bring your game face and fun stories to share! Note: A wedding shuttle will be provided to bus guests back to the Exeter hotels. Feel free to take this shuttle if you live in the Exeter area as well (see more details in the travel section).
10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Come as you are!
Stop by at any time to join the bride and groom for coffee and "power circles" (bagels and donuts) the morning after the wedding. Other light snacks and games will be provided. This will be a fun time to share stories, catch up, and say our bittersweet farewells. Our pups will be there ready to greet you all too! Please RSVP so we know who plans to join.
