'Garden Tea Party' theme!
FOR THE GUYS... a nice pastel button-up of your choice with khakis or light-toned slacks is good and if you have a pastel suit hiding in your closet, that's even better. The groomsmen will be wearing khaki, so black WILL stand out amongst everyone! 
Also, no Hawaiian shirts! 
FOR THE LADIES... If you can not find anything in person, Amazon has great options! All of these suggestions are from Amazon.
