Formal/cocktail is the vibe, but wear what makes you happy. We just want you there!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the Baughman Center and be seated no later than 3:45pm so we can start on time.

What do we do between ceremony and reception?

Answer

Take pictures! We will all be directed to a group picture following the ceremony, so please don’t leave right away. When you are done with all the pictures you’re involved in, you’re welcome to head to the reception location. The doors to the ballroom will be open at 5:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at both locations, including a parking garage next to the hotel.
