To help make your trip as smooth and fun as possible, we’ve rounded up answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our wedding weekend—from arrival times and parking down to the RSVP details. When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly submit your RSVP by July 26th. Because we need to give final headcounts to our catering team and venues ahead of schedule, we appreciate you letting us know your plans as soon as possible. You can easily RSVP right here on our website by clicking the "RSVP" tab and entering your name. If you have any trouble with the online system or need to change your response later on, please reach out to us directly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 5:00 PM. The ceremony will start exactly at 6:00 PM. Please note that the gates to the property will lock at 5:45 PM to allow our wedding party to line up and ensure a smooth, quiet start to the ceremony. Late arrivals will unfortunately not be able to enter the venue, so please plan ahead to ensure you make it through the gates in time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

On-site parking is quite limited, so we strongly encourage everyone to Uber or Lyft to the venue. Leaving the driving to a rideshare service is the easiest way to ensure you make it through the gates before they close at 5:45 PM and allows everyone to celebrate safely all night long!

Is there a color palette for guest attire?

Answer

Think garden romance meets black-tie elegance. Flowing gowns, rich florals, soft botanicals, and timeless tailoring are right at home. While not required, we encourage guests to draw inspiration from romantic florals, lush greens, warm neutrals, and jewel tones. Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream.

Are children invited to join the fun?

Answer

We adore your little ones! Due to venue capacity and the nature of our celebration, we are only able to accommodate children who are specifically included on the invitation. If your child’s name appears on your invitation, we can’t wait to celebrate with them. If not, we hope you enjoy a special evening with us and a well-deserved night off.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to strict venue capacity limits, we are only able to accommodate the guests explicitly listed on your formal invitation. When you go to the RSVP tab and enter your name, the system will automatically show if a plus-one was allocated to your party. We wish we could invite everyone, but we appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’d love for you to stay with us! We have a hotel block set up at W Nashville. It's super central, right in the heart of downtown, and it's where we'll be kicking off the weekend with our welcome party. You can find the direct link to book your discounted room under the Travel tab right here on our website. Space in the block is limited, so we recommend booking early to lock in the special rate!
