Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome!! ** Children that will be needing a highchair or booster seat - We are unfortunately, not able to accommodate for that. If you have your own, you are more than welcome to bring it. Anything you need to bring to also keep little ones happy and occupied is of course welcomed as well! Just let us know if you have any questions.

Can I bring a date or additional Guests

Answer

We only want this special occasion to be with family and close friends. We understand that you would like to bring a date or additional guests to celebrate with us but, only have a select number of seats for those we’ve invited. If you would like to bring a date or additional guests that were not invited, please ask us and we can see if we can accommodate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel we blocked out for guests will provide a shuttle service. Guests will be welcomed to drive themselves. Uber and Lyft unfortunately, are not available in Payson. ** If you are drinking and you’re staying at the hotel, the transportation will pick you up and take you back. Thank you, in advance!! We love you all and do not want anyone drinking and driving!!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we would prefer semi formal/dressy casual attire. Nice dark washed jeans are acceptable for men. Cowboy boots are also welcomed & encouraged! We just want everyone to come wearing something classy! Any questions please feel free to ask us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be either on the street or in the driveways marked off. However, there is limited parking. ** If you are drinking and drove to the venue, please do NOT attempt at driving back to the hotel or home. Let us or Blaine and Denise know and we will ask someone to take you home and you can leave your vehicle at the venue and you can pick up your car the next day. If you’re staying at the hotel, the transportation will pick you up and take you back. Thank you, in advance!! We love you all and do not want anyone drinking and driving!!
