Check your invite and/or the RSVP site. Those with priority access to staying at the Ranch (wedding party, out of state guest etc) received an "accommodations- Avalanche Ranch" slip in the invite. Additionally, if you go to the RSVP website, it will prompt you to RSVP to stay at Avalanche Ranch- if we still have room. We want as many people as possible staying at Avalanche Ranch!! So, you might just need to be patient and flexible as I get RSVPs in. Feel free to contact me about lodging- jena.bergan@gmail.com and we'll make sure you are taken care of.
Please DO NOT contact Avalanche Ranch. Use the RSVP page to commit to staying on the Ranch.
$150 per person. No matter if you stay 1 night or 3, the cost is the same. The only exception is if we place you in a covered wagon. Those are $75 per person.
Send your dollars to our CFO, Jeff Greer. Venmo: @JeffreyGreer Mail: Jeff Greer 5744 S Everett Way Littleton, CO 80123 As a courtesy, you must pay in full before your cabin is secured.
Glamping! Each cabin is outfitted with a full kitchen, bathroom, and bedding. For our more adventurous friends, we might have a covered wagon awaiting you. If a covered wagon sounds awful, no need to worry, we know better than to put you there :)
- Warm clothes: the evenings in Colorado can always be chilly. - Flashlight/headlamp: when the sun goes down, it's dark! - Swim Suit: the hot springs at Avalanche Ranch rock! - Good shoes: don't forget, this is the mountains. - Sunscreen: that mountain sun can be unforgiving, even if you don't want sunscreen for yourself, bring some for Jena, so she isn't a lobster on her big day! - Bug Spray: Again, even if you don't like it- Jena will need it :)
Unfortunately, all cabins will be assigned in order to accommodate everyone. THERE ARE NO PRIVATE CABINS. The average cabin will have 4 people, however, there will be sleeping accommodations for everyone in the cabin. The good news, we are all family! Obviously, your cabin will be shared with good friends and/or family.
Sorry Charlie... Don't want roommates? No sweat! Up the road is the Red Stone Inn. Great hotel! We also reserved a few rooms in town too- just to ensure everyone has a place to stay in case someone gets in a bind at the last minute.
Google it.
The good news, is you won't starve. All cabins have a full kitchen, so feel free to swing by the grocery store and stock up on breakfast, lunch, and snacks. There is a city market in Carbondale. Don't want to cook? Carbondale and Redstone are close and have a ton of options! See the what to do page for our favorites!
