Luke was a senior and Brittany was a sophomore at Robert Morris University in 2015 when they first met. There was a social gathering at the RMU hockey team's off campus house that Brittany decided to attend one night. When the party was over, Luke offered to give Brittany a ride home. They exchanged numbers and haven't stopped talking since!

Lucas always wanted family and friends to help celebrate their engagement, but 2020 was presenting a unique challenge to accomplish that given the times. As you may know, Lucas and Brittany struggle to keep even the smallest of secrets from each other. This BIG secret was kept from Brittany for over a month and a half. Lucas was challenged to find a venue that was COVID safe, able to handle a large reservation, AND provide a good opportunity to surprise the bride to be. Lucas brought together family from both sides to witness the special moment. Brittany said yes to forever on 09/19/2020 at Vinosky Winery. Friends that couldn’t make it to the winery to celebrate earlier in the day all came and surprised Brittany AGAIN later that evening at their home. The day was full of laughs, love, and memories that will last forever.
