Can I bring a plus-one?

We're so excited to celebrate with you! The name(s) on the invitations are those who are invited. Due to the slightly limited space & to help keep our gathering cozy and meaningful, we're unable to accommodate additional guests. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share this special day with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love every single one of the littles in our lives, we kindly ask that you take this opportunity to hire a sitter and enjoy a kid-free night out! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kiddos at home so you can celebrate with us. (PLEASE reach out to Aaron or Kaytlyn if special accommodations need to be made!)

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail/tea party dresses or a suit and tie or sports coat. We would love if you dressed in bright colors too! Our theme is very much Fairy Garden Party! Expect a warm, dry day that cools off in the evening.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

While we all love to indulge in fun drinks - truly, we do! - we have decided to use a cash bar. We will be providing one champagne glass for toasting and one free alcoholic drink of your choice per adult - any alcoholic drinks you choose to enjoy after that are on you! We appreciate your understanding!

When should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive no later than 20 minutes before the starting time to allow for a smooth ceremony.

Where do we park?

Answer

There is plenty of street parking right outside of the venue and there is also a parking lot caddy-corner to the site that you are welcome to park in and walk to the entrance. Hillside Gardens has limited parking at the front entrance for guests who may need assistance or who are un-able to walk from street parking.

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from any and all smoking/vaping on the venue grounds. Outside alcohol is also not permitted on the property. Please don't make us pay a fine!

Does the party really have to end?

Answer

We're so glad you asked! Because we have so many family members coming from out of town, we would love to keep the festivities going! Since the ceremony and reception are on a Friday, we would like to take the following day (Aug. 22, 2026) to celebrate and fellowship some more. We will have a pot-luck style BBQ at Fox Run Regional Park in Monument, CO. with lots of lawn games! Details to come closer to the date.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Hillside Gardens Event Center. Both parts of the wedding are located outdoors.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through this website no later than July 3, 2026. If we have not heard from you by then we will assume you will not be able to make it - we'll miss you!

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions!
