It never mattered the miles between us or how long we have gone without seeing one another we have always picked back up where we left off. Things changed as we got older; she became my go-to person. The person who would have my back, no matter what. We both played sports and were on the pre-med pathway. By senior year, we were almost inseparable. When you saw Claire, you saw me or vice versa.
