For most of our lives, we were just two people moving in and out of the same circles connected through mutual friends, familiar faces at different moments in life, never knowing that God was quietly writing a love story for us long before we could see it ourselves. Then came a friends trip to Los Angeles in April 2020 the moment everything changed. What started as another memory with friends became the beginning of our forever. Somewhere between the laughter, conversations, and moments we never wanted to end, we realized we had become the missing piece in each other’s lives and hearts. From our shared love of traveling, sneakers, football, dogs, and trying new foods, to simply enjoying life side by side, every chapter since has felt natural, effortless, and meant to be. Since that trip, we have been inseparable, growing together, healing together, laughing together, and choosing each other every single day. Now, after all these years, we finally understand that the greatest love stories aren’t always rushed sometimes they are written patiently over time, waiting for the perfect moment to begin.
