Yes. An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating and reception meals. If we do not receive an RSVP back by November 17, it will be marked as a "No." Please RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu. Or contact Stevi Tackett at (515) 570-4860.
We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (Semi-formal), please NO JEAN or T-SHIRTS. Men: Kahki/Dress Pants and Dress Shirt Women: Cocktail Dresses/Jumpsuits, etc. If you have questions about your attire choice, please contact the bride or Stevi Tackett at (515) 570-4860 Please be respectful of the bride and refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream in any variation.
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00PM. Please arrive no later than 2:45PM to have enough time to find a seat and get settled. If you are late you will not be allowed in and we'll see you at the reception!
In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. Please have all cell phones and cameras TURNED OFF and put away. We have professional photographers who will capture those special moments and we would be upset for any well-intentioned guests' phone to block their views. If you have your phone out, you will be asked to put it away. We will, of course, share our photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and socializing!
We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! However, if you do choose to bring your children, they are your responsibility and we ask that you make arrangements for all children to leave at 9:00PM.
There will be a cash bar! ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT THE RECEPTION. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
Complimentary parking is available at both venues.
