Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking available just a short walk from both our ceremony and reception site. If need be, you are able to leave your vehicle overnight and can pick it up in the morning before 11.

How much walking will we be doing at the venue?

Answer

The venue is on a large property and it is hilly in certain areas. Two golf carts will be available to help those that need it get down to the ceremony site and back to the reception area.

Will there be heating?

Answer

Since our wedding is in October, it will probably get a little chilly in the evening. There will be a lit fireplace, a separate fire pit and heaters provided.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would like our family and friends to wear what they feel best in. Black tie is optional, just wear what makes you feel fancy!

Is it an open bar wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving, beer, wine, champagne and a few signature cocktails as well as coffee, tea and water. Feel free to bring cash to tip your bartenders.

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

Each guest will be able to have both chicken and tri-tip. A salad, potatoes and seasonal vegetable will be offered as well.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4 o'clock. It is a short walk (or golf cart ride) from the parking lot down to the ceremony site, so you may arrive as early as 3:30 to be able to have time to sign our guestbook and make your way to your seat.
