Where will your ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at St. Luke's Parish in Barrington RI and our reception will be held at Newport Harbor Island Resort in Newport RI. Please see the schedule tab on our website for detailed information. Kindly keep in mind that there’s about a 45-minute drive between the ceremony and reception locations.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will specify if you have a plus one. We appreciate your understanding as we keep our guest list intimate!

Are children allowed?

Answer

We’re having a small number of children at the wedding, but unfortunately we can’t include everyone. If your children are invited, you’ll see their names on your invitation. Thanks so much for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. Tuxedos and long gowns are welcome, but not required. Suits and cocktail dresses are perfectly appropriate.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is self parking as well as valet available at the venue. Attached are the rates for self parking and valet overnight. https://www.newportharborisland.com/faq/

Does your venue provide transportation?

Answer

Yes! There is a complimentary shuttle service for transportation to and from Bowen’s Wharf in downtown Newport every half-hour. There are also several Ubers and Lyfts available in the Newport area for transportation downtown or if you are staying elsewhere after the reception has concluded.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered through Zola which you will see under the registry tab on our website! We appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’re having an "unplugged" ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Don’t worry our photographer Emily will be capturing all the special moments, and we can’t wait to share them with you!

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

For our out of town guests we recommend flying into TF Green Airport in Warwick RI. It is about 35 minutes from our venue. We can't wait to see you!
