It all began in 2015, when we were just Grade 8 classmates. Bob secretly asked a friend for my number and started texting me without saying who he was! I wasn’t having it. I replied, “Who is this? Where did you get my number? Sorry, I don’t talk to strangers.” 😂 But he didn’t stop there. He introduced himself, confessed his feelings, and kept showing up in the sweetest ways, asking my friends what I liked, then surprising me with thoughtful little things. That quiet effort spoke louder than any words. On January 23, 2015, I finally said yes. Since then, we’ve grown up and grown together.
