Do we have to stay at the Bilmar Beach Resort?

Answer

No! If you have friends that live locally, or have another resort in mind, it is fully up to you. However, there are discounted rates available to you at the hotel, if you are looking for a place to stay.

What clothing should we wear?

Answer

The perk of a beach wedding is the ability to be casual! This is no black tie occasion, so feel free to wear fun vibrant sundresses, linen suits, or khakis and button downs. If you want to wear a tie, by all means! But they are not required, we want you to be comfortable and easy breezy on our day. Oh--and shoes, well they are optional ;)

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is an outside reception on the sand, overlooking the Gulf Coast. So, do not hesitate to bring your favorite sunglasses or fun hat to block the sunrays. The sand should be cool at this time, so if you want to kick off the sandals, we won't judge! Just clip your toenails please ;)

Is the reception indoors?

Answer

The reception will take place under a covered outdoor location, but if you are worried about the heat, do not worry we have misting machines and air conditioning available! The outdoor location will give us a beautiful scenic view of the Gulf during sunset hours, so grab your cameras for tropical photo opportunities.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is complimentary valet parking available for all wedding guests on the big day!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love big families and want all the kiddos to come, due to limited spacing and accommodations we kindly ask that children not attend unless directly heard otherwise.

Answer

There is actually an RSVP tab located on this website that you can easily mark if you can attend or can kindly decline the offer.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We would love if you could please let us know if you are able to attend no later than April 1st, 2023. This is so that we can ensure food, seating, and accommodations for all guests.
