We are only able to extend our invitation to children of the immediate wedding party, so please make arrangements for a baby sitter. Please use this as a date night opportunity to enjoy yourselves! We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you can still join us to celebrate our special day.
Yes! If you do not RSVP, you will not receive the exact address for the ceremony or reception and it will be assumed that you will not be attending. If you are not planning on attending or are unable to attend please still RSVP “no”. While we hope everyone can make it, we understand everyone has their own obligations. We thank you for your cooperation!
Our dress code will be cowboy casual/Sunday best! Nice button-ups for the gentlemen with nice jeans, and dresses or church attire for the ladies. We do ask that nobody wears a white dress.
Plan to arrive roughly 15-20 minutes before the ceremony time on the invite. 4:00P.M. to 5:00P.M. will be a social hour, but there will be appetizers and drinks while you wait for the wedding party! Please arrive no later than 5:00P.M. so you are not interrupting the entrance or other activities.
There are hotels in Russell and Osborne, which are close to Luray; however, you will need to make your own arrangements. Also, campsites in Lucas Park are first come first serve if there is interest in staying at the lake in a camper! The wedding is BYOB, so if you plan to consume alcohol please be safe and plan accordingly.
Unless it has been confirmed with the bride and groom and through RSVP, we ask that you do not bring a date to ensure we have enough food for everyone!
If you have an allergy please state what allergy in your RSVP and the bride or groom will get with you to make arrangements.
We will have signs at the ceremony for guests to park, and the reception will have a sign in front of the building. There will be reserved spots for the wedding party's vehicle as well as folks that have trouble getting around, please do not park in these spots unless confirmed with the bride and/or groom! If you will need a close spot please list that in your RSVP so we can accommodate you!
The ceremony venue will be outdoors so be prepared to have to go through grass. The reception venue has a ramp into the building and should be accessible for everyone!
