The Wedding of

On 14 Feb 2018, Chee Heng & Sew Peng matched on "Tinder", a dating website. The first message from him to her was "ANYONE DATE YOU??" Sew Peng gave a delayed response in order for valentine's to be over. She relented to his courageous pursuit and they chatted for about two weeks before a meet up at a cafe near Beauty World. It was not Chee Heng's words or looks that attracted Sew Peng, but the way he made her feel, comfortable and warm. He was earnest, sincere and down to earth. Many random dates followed ... and the rest is history.

It was a scorching hot afternoon. Sew Peng had just completed her mock OSCE exam and was on her way to Chee Heng's home. Waiting anxiously for Sew Peng at the foot of his HDB flat, Chee Heng was clad in a smart-looking shirt. He had generously perfumed himself yet was perspiring profusely. The couple met and proceeded up to the flat. When Sew Peng opened the front door, she was pleasantly greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a pink bear at the porch. As she walked into the living room, electric blue fairy lights, "MARRY ME" Balloons, and a proposal ring welcomed her. She was stunned beyond words and took a long time to reply "YES" while Chee Heng got on his knees.
