Our Story

On January 1, 2023 , Sara redownloaded the dating apps. Chaz had recently moved to Virginia and was already on Bumble. His profile won over Sara with an Aladdin-related joke and on January 3, they met for drinks at Ragtime. They quickly fell into a comfortable conversation about their mutual love of movies, pizza, sushi, and reddit. Before the night was over, they made plans for their second date--and yes, there was one (1) quick smooch when Chaz walked Sara to the metro. Since then, Chaz introduced Sara to disc golf and Herdez avocado hot sauce, while Sara taught Chaz about Taylor Swift's best bridges and Mike's Hot Honey. As of 3/20/26they have seen 146 movies together. Most importantly, they created a blended family with their four cats, Arya, Floof, Pimento, and Rosa (They know this is too many cats). They're known for their parties--from murder mysteries to Mission: Impossible rewatches. Now, you're invited to the most special parties they've thrown yet: Celebrating marriage!
