In the summer of 2015 Nate and Sydney both found themselves where many people in their early 20's do these days, swiping on dating apps. Bumble had become a favorite among many that summer #girlpower. They both swiped right, Sydney initiated the conversation with a resounding "hey" and the rest is history!

Nate had mentioned he wanted to have a "fall day" earlier in the week, reminiscent of a day they had spent the year before apple picking. They drove up to Concord, MA on Saturday, got a sandwich at The Cheese Shoppe (highly recommend) , and went for a small hike around Walden pond. The foliage was in full bloom and when they made it to the look out point Nate asked the big question, which obviously was received extremely well. Many phone calls were made and after about an hour they were calm enough to walk back down and head home, but not without a stop to get a bottle of Champagne at the store Nate was working at when they first met. L'chaim!
