We recommend dressy casual attire—a step up from everyday wear, but not as formal as cocktail. Think polished dresses, blouses with skirts or trousers, or button-downs with chinos. No need for suits or cocktail dresses.
We recommend staying in the Downtown area near the venue. Boston traffic can be heavy, so being close will make it easier to get to the rehearsal, wedding, and other events. Plus, this area is very walkable—many restaurants, attractions, and the rehearsal space are just a short stroll away!
Boston is very walkable, and there are several easy ways to get around: • The “T” (subway/train): The MBTA connects most neighborhoods and attractions. The Blue, Green, and Orange Lines are especially convenient. • Buses: Good for areas the subway doesn’t reach. • Walking: Many neighborhoods, like Downtown, Back Bay, and the Seaport, are easiest to explore on foot. • Rideshares (Uber/Lyft): Convenient for door-to-door trips or late-night travel. • Water Taxi: A fun option if you’re near the harbor—you can even take one directly from Logan Airport to select waterfront stops. Tip: Renting a car isn’t recommended—parking is limited and traffic can be tricky.
