The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

When should guests arrive?

Our ceremony begins at 5pm. Kindly plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior so you can park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins

Can I bring a plus-one?

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the specific guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be listed on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Of course! Children are warmly welcome to attend our wedding celebration.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Splendor Pond offers plenty of parking for all of our guests. They have room for around 90-100 vehicles.

Do I need to travel to different locations for the cermeony and reception?

Answer

No! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same location (Splendor Pond), so you can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about travel.

Will you have allergy friendly options?

We are happy to accommodate dietary needs! We are working with our wonderful caterer, Family Catering, to ensure there are options available for all guests. To ensure we are knowledgeable of your needs please let Chayson or Bailey know!

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is fully handicap accessible, and all ceremony and reception locations are just a short walk from one another. The venue also has access to multiple golf carts that will take you from your car straight to the ceremony space. We want every guest to feel comfortable and cared for throughout the celebration.
