Is the ceremony and reception held at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is Terrain Gardens at Delaware Valley University located at 2100 Lower State Rd Suite 300, Doylestown, PA 18901.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive between 3:30 PM and 4:15 PM. This should give you enough time to get accommodated and seated before the ceremony starts.

I received the Save the Date. Now what?

Answer

When you open the save the date, you can enter personal information about yourself and any additional guests if applicable. This will allow us to ensure that the guest list is configured correctly. After you verify your information, put it in your calendar so you do not forget and wait for the formal invitation which will direct you to RSVP.

When is the deadline to RSVP and how do I do it?

Answer

Formal invitations will be issued in September. Once you receive a formal invitation, you will be able to RSVP directly on this website on the RSVP tab. The deadline to RSVP is Sunday, November 1, 2026.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would like everyone to dress in formal wear. For men, suits/tuxes are requested with ties or bow ties. For ladies, floor-length gowns, sophisticated ankle-length dresses, or formal jumpsuits are all acceptable. Please no white dresses.

Are we allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! Take as many photos as you would like. After the wedding, there will be a public website shared with guests where you can upload and view photos. If you were present for Kyle and Alana's wedding, we are using the same photographer with the same system.

Can I bring a date? Are children invited?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but our venue is limited on the number of people we can include. Please check your wedding invitation for information on how many people you can bring to the wedding. You should only bring a date if your invitation came with a plus one. Children are definitely acceptable to bring to our wedding. If you want to bring someone and you do not see them specified in your RSVP, please email davidchayka2@gmail.com.

Yes! The venue has plenty of parking available.

All information about food and dietary restrictions will be available on the RSVP.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The venue is indoors with some outdoor spaces available if the weather permits.
