Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is available on the left side of the street on Balfour Downs Circle (via main entrance on Wyndham Drive) where there is a forest-y area with no houses. Parking is also available along Devonridge Drive - before and around the roundabout. Both are very near our house. If anyone needs to park on the stretch of Wyndham Drive (right after passing the basketball court and apartment buildings from main entrance on Wyndham Drive), it is a tad further away and we would be happy to have you picked up and brought over! Please let us know when you are parking if you need help by calling 919.618.2022 upon your arrival!

What is the schedule of events for the party?

Answer

There is not much of one! We are not having a ceremony at this event, but a celebration party. We will be enjoying the day with all of you, our family and friends, and cutting the cake at 7pm followed by our first slow dance as a married couple. ** We strongly encourage everyone making toasts and telling stories about both of us throughout the evening with the microphone at the DJ table! **

Are kids welcome?

Yes! Please feel free to bring your kiddos! We have 4 dogs who will be worn out and mildly sedated for the occasion who will be at the party, just as an FYI! We will have lots of things for the kiddos to do and play with!

What time is dinner?

Food will be available at starting at 4pm until it is gone. We will cut the cake at 7pm!

What are the seating arrangements?

PLEASE BRING LAWN CHAIRS FOR THE PARTY! Seating is open, set up your chairs wherever you like!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have premade pitchers of margaritas, rum punch, and whiskey sours, red and white wines, and a few beer selections. We will also have mocktails as well as bottled waters, sodas, and juice! * Please feel free to BYOB if you have any a taste for something else! *

What is the attire / dress vibe?

Answer

Fun casual fancy. Be comfortable and be ready to dance, sing, play cornhole, tell stories about us both, and have a blast celebrating our love and the beginning of our life together!
