What's the dress code?

Answer

Wear your Sunday's Best (i.e. semi-formal). But if the heels are too high or the top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Please refrain from wearing white or black dresses.

Is there a group discount with the hotels?

Answer

Yes! Holiday Inn Red Roof Simply call & make the reservation under the Fernandez/Chavez Wedding for the discount. Please keep in mind that it is Spring Break weekend and we have been given limited rooms. The codes are valid until mid February 2019.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

For our out-of-towners that will not have transportation to & from the venue: Transportation will be available from the Holiday Inn and Red Roof hotels. Bus can be found in the parking lot in between both hotels. A bus will be making 2 trips before the ceremony, first trip will be at 3:30PM. And will be available to provide transportation after the reception. Stay tuned for more information.
