As soon as possible is best so that we can plan accordingly and inform vendors. We need a final headcount 30 days prior to the wedding.

Many of our friends and families will be dressing in colorful cocktail attire. We would love for our guests to join us in getting dressed up for the night. However, a dress code will not be enforced. We would love for our guests to arrive confident in whatever they choose, we are just happy that you are joining us!

Due to limited seating at our venue we please ask to keep our guest count to those invited.

Your kiddos are more than welcome to join us! Please be aware that the venue has a large unfenced pond. For their safety and our comfort, we just ask that you keep a close eye on them throughout the evening :)

Rosario's will be catering Italian food for dinner. We may be able to accommodate gluten-free options if there is a demand for it. If this is something that would benefit you, please let us know ASAP.

Answer

The venue allows for plenty of parking, and there will be a shuttle service from the parking lot to the venue that guests are free to utilize. Please know that the walk from the parking lot to the venue is uphill.
