I have found the one whom my soul loves.

We met each other while working for East Texas Campamento. Growing up, we have always served in some capacity at our church. It is fitting that we found one another while serving the Lord. Even though it took some time to realize we both had feelings for one another, our love quickly bloomed when we decided to pursue a relationship. After dating for only two weeks, we knew marriage was in our future. Brenda made it very clear, to honor her mother's wishes, that she had to finish college before marriage was an option. Chris had no dispute with this and waited patiently for Brenda to finish her studies. In the three years of waiting, it was made more apparent each day that the we loved each other more than we realized. When the day finally arrived to propose, we could not contain our emotions. To say it was the happiest day of our lives would be an understatement. We are excited to continue to serve and honor the Lord through our marriage.
