Question

What’s for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be a Sunday brunch buffet! There will be a Belgian waffle bar with toppings, as well as eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and a dessert bar with brunch pastries.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code will be Sunday best or semi-formal. As the ceremony will take place in the venue's garden, garden semi-formal is encouraged. Out of respect for bridal tradition, we ask that you refrain from wearing white or shades that are light enough to be considered white-adjacent. If you're unsure if your outfit is right for the wedding, please reach out to us. We're happy to help.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, so please arrive 15-30 minutes early to grab a drink and get seated. We recommend parents of little ones arrive as close to 3:30 PM as possible to get your kiddos settled with the babysitter before the ceremony. Please note that you will not be able to enter any sooner than 3:30 PM to allow the venue to finish their preparations.

Question

Can we bring the kids?

Answer

Our 4:00 PM garden ceremony is firmly child-free. However, we have made accommodations of acquiring a vetted on-site childcare provider to watch the little ones during the short ceremony. Once the ceremony has concluded, they are free to roam during the reception! There will be an array of child-friendly activities to keep the kiddos entertained all evening while you mingle! If you are not comfortable with your little ones staying inside with our childcare provider during the ceremony, we respectfully ask that you find sitter accommodations that you are more comfortable with, or RSVP for a reception-only attendance starting at 5:00 PM. There will be no exceptions made for this rule, all children under 10 must remain out of the garden until the ceremony is over.

Question

Is there a bar?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available, complete with delicious cocktails, beer, and wine! Nonalcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, juices, and coffee will be complimentary.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please note that this is a very intimate ceremony and that you were specially picked to be with us on this special day because you are important to us - with that in mind, we made the decision to not offer the option of a plus-one. After all, it's a little awkward to meet someone for the first time on your wedding day! To keep our ceremony close-knit, we are only able to accommodate those addressed directly via personal invitation and the RSVP guest list. We appreciate your respect in keeping our big day private.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be free parking on the south, east, and west side of the venue!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP window will close on April 30th to finalize seating and catering. Late RSVPs may not be accommodated.

Question

Are the ceremony and the reception hosted in different locations?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are in the same location; the ceremony will take place in the outside garden while the reception will be inside the venue. We are offering separate RSVP options for the ceremony and the reception in order to accommodate those who cannot attend both due to any scheduling conflicts or other obligations. Please make sure you take the separate RSVPs into account when you go to mark your attendance if you can only attend one over the other. This is crucial for us to get an accurate head count for our caterers. We would hate for your delicious meal to go to waste! While we hope you can attend both, we understand that life gets tricky! Your presence is valued regardless.
