When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Friday, March 20th, 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, FL. Guests should plan to arrive at 5:30pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 6pm. The reception will follow at the same location.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire. We’d love to see floor-length dresses, suits, or tuxes. Have fun with accessories, and personal style — just keep it elegant.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night out with us!

What’s the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is about 10 minutes from the Sarasota airport. For those staying at a hotel near the Ritz, we recommend taking a ride-share to the venue. For those who prefer to drive, valet parking will be available on-site.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors our outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. Please dress accordingly and check the forecast ahead of time. Average weather in March is usually sunny with highs in the mid-70s and lows in the 60s

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We've reserved a limited number of rooms at The Ritz. Booking link can be found on the travel section of our website. Please reach out to Samantha or Alex if you have an issue with booking. There are also tons of hotels within 5 minutes of the Ritz and more affordable options near the Sarasota airport
