What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4, please arrive at 3:30!

Yes, there is parking available at the venue.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP Via our wedding website. Simply Click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

What is the RSVP deadline?

The RSVP Deadline is June 16th, 2026. If you need more time to figure out if you are able to make it, please contact us directly.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on your invitation. When you go to RSVP on the website it will state weather you have a plus one.

While we love kids, we have decided to have an adult only celebration unless your invite states otherwise.

Yes, there are reserved room blocks at Cobblestone Hotel. When booking, mention our wedding for a discount.

What should I know about the venue?

Answer

The venue is not near grocery stores, gas stations, etc. If there is anything you think you need for the day, please plan accordingly. The venue is an Indoor/Outdoor venue, we recommend bringing coats/umbrellas due to weather. Depending on weather the ceremony might be inside or outside.

Are there any Dietary restrictions?

Will Transportation to the hotel be provided?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue as well as the venue to the hotel after the reception. If you are planning on staying at the hotel please make sure you are at the hotel no later than 2:45pm. The shuttle will be picking up guests from the hotel at 3:00pm and 3:30pm to ensure everyone is at the venue on time for the ceremony. If you plan on taking the shuttle to the venue please contact Jenda or Shanna.
