Amber and Joe attended Grayson High School together as classmates and, of course, friends. During their high school days they would often speak in the hallways as they came across each other. As the years went on, they kept in touch through social media and their paths would cross from time to time. Almost a full decade after high school, Joe reached out to ask Amber if they could get together and catch up. They were still very fond of one another so Amber said “Sure, WHY NOT?!” After spending time together they came to the realization that this could be a great thing and now here we are!

December 26, 2018 was the day our lives changed for the better. Christmas 2018 Joe, Dallis, and I spent it in Orlando, FL. On Christmas day we spent it at Disney World reliving our childhood being kids again. It was such a magical time but, Dallis ended up not being able to hang so, after the fireworks at Cinderellas castle we called it a night. The next day before we headed to Universal Studios Joe sat Dallis down in his seat to tie his shoes and then called me over. I knew he was up to something when I looked to my left and saw his camera hidden and it was recording. Once I focused back on him he was down on one knee with a ring in his hand and asked me to marry him and of course I SAID YES !!!!
