We're blessed to be celebrating our marriage over two special days: Friday, September 5th: A smaller, more intimate marriage ceremony Saturday, September 6th: Our wedding celebration with extended friends and family

How do I know which events I'm attending?
Answer
Please check your invitation carefully - it will specify which day(s) you're invited to attend. Some guests are invited to both days, while others are invited to join us for Saturday's celebration. If you have any questions about your invitation, please don't hesitate to contact Maria Williams at (904) 613-4045.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We kindly ask that you only bring the guests explicitly listed on your invitation. Due to space limitations and our desire to celebrate with our nearest and dearest, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We’d love to welcome children to most of the weekend’s festivities! However, the reception party on Saturday night will be an adults-only event to allow everyone to relax and celebrate in a lively atmosphere. For those attending the reception, we’re happy to extend an offer of on-site child care for a fee. If you’d like to take advantage of this service, please let us know by August 23, 2025, so we can ensure everything is arranged for your little ones.

How are on-site accommodations being allocated?
Answer
Resort accommodations are limited. Cabins and yurts will be reserved primarily for our immediate family members. Family members who are offered lodging will receive detailed reservation information directly from us.

If I am contacted about resort accommodations, can I choose my own cabin or yurt?
Answer
No. Accommodations will be pre-assigned by our wedding team based on family size and available space. We appreciate your understanding. If the offered space is not ideal for you, information for nearby hotel accommodations will be available through our wedding website.

If I am not staying on-site, are there places to stay nearby?
Answer
Yes! Nearby accommodation options include hotels, Airbnb, and VRBO in Lenoir, NC. We recommend checking proximity to the venue when selecting lodging to minimize travel time. Detailed accommodation information will be posted on our wedding website.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, parking is available on-site. However, if you intend to enjoy alcoholic beverages, we kindly ask that you arrange for alternative transportation. While Uber and Lyft may not reliably travel to this rural area, we’ll provide a taxi service number for your convenience. Additionally, we’ll have a trolley service running between the local hotel and the venue for the reception. We hope this makes it easy for everyone to celebrate safely!
