We have reserved a block of rooms for our guest at the Embassy Suites in Hunt Valley. This will be the only hotel with a block reservation and the only place a shuttle will run to and from the event. Flight
BWI is the easiest airport for most flights. It is only a short ride to the Hunt Valley area. Other Airport options would be Washington, D.C.
Shuttle

The shuttles will arrive at the Embassy Suites at 3:45pm and depart for the venue at 4:00pm. The shuttles back will leave the reception at 10pm.
